Munk Pack co-founders Michelle and Toby Glienke found that their “healthy” version of the American diet made them chronically tired and pre-diabetic. They didn’t realize that the sports hydration drinks they relied on were full of glucose and corn syrup. Eliminating sugar and highly processed foods from their lives was transformative. They started making no-added sugar snacks with whole food ingredients in their kitchen. Since then, it has been an exciting journey to scale up their recipes and bring 1g sugar snacking to households across the country.
