Mojito Iced Green Tea

This minty-lime iced tea reminds us of the refreshing flavor of a mojito! Keep it decaf for evening beverages or enjoy a boost of energy. This iced tea is so nice to have when guests stop by.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 green tea bags
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint, with stems
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Preparation

  1. In a 2 quart pot, bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add the teabags and steep for 3 minutes. Take out the teabags then add the mint and honey and stir vigorously. Let stand until completely cooled. Strain out the mint and stir in the lime.
  2. Chill until serving.

Serving Suggestion

Garnish with more mint or lime wedges for extra flair.
