For six years, as a private chef, founder Lindsay Martin watched and learned everything she could about what, when and how people ate at home. Before that time, she learned everything she could about the world of food, studying different cuisines, techniques and perfecting authentic flavor combinations. The experience and adoration of food was the one common thread that tied her nomadic upbringing together. The history and background to her humble little granola company has helped produce a well-balanced, thoughtfully composed granola.
