Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 8 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
